In a trip to Kashan on Jan. 13, 2019, Dr. Eshaq Jahangiri, president’s 1st deputy along with Dr. Ardkanian went to the site of Kashan wastewater treatment plant and officially put into operation the 2nd Module of Wastewater Treatment Plant and part of Wastewater Collection Network Project (financed by the Islamic Development Bank), which were done at a cost of about 73.4 million Euros.

Pointing out the fact that we are at the threshold of 40th anniversary of the Islamic Revolution’s victory, he said “despite facing many problems for its ideals, goals, independence, people’s welfare and establishment of Islam, in its various aspects, throughout the world, the Islamic Republic System has been able to achieve acceptable position and results”.
Stating that at the beginning of the revolution the country had no capability in various industrial fields, he add “in comparing Iran with other regional countries, today, Iran has very good industrial capabilities and we have a meaningful distance with others”.
He emphasized, “Fortunately, today large industrial projects, from design, engineering and calculations to manufacturing of equipment and operation, are all done in Iran”.
